Qualification of Key Personnel (Lead Consultant and Key Experts) on Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning and the country’s PFA structure and legal framework in general,

A narrative concept for undertaking review of MEL framework and

• Description of the work plan.

FINANCIAL PROPOSAL

• Budget,

Scanned copy of your TIN number and other relevant registration certificates,

Scanned copy of your Business Registration and license, and

Scanned copy of your Tax Clearance certificate for the past two years.
