1. Binary Jobbings wishes to team up with a competent investor/Developer to construct an industrial Park at Bunju land. The industrial Park will feature Light Assembly, Processing and Manufacturing Factory Buildings; Banking facilities; Agro processing facilities (Cold storage, New Research and value addition platform): Administration and office buildings, Staff Hostels, Dinner and Parking facilities. The Competent Partner(s) wall be required to Finance and Construct onsite infrastructure and industrial Sheds and thereafter invites International and Local Investors in various sectors on the basis of revenue/profit sharing with Binary Jobbings.
2. The Land is located at Bunju Ward, Kinondoni District in Dar es Satsam, Tanzania. The area is situated about 30 km from the Port and 13km from Julius Nyerere International Airport and about 24km from Dar es salaam City Centre along Bagamoyo Express Road.
3. The area is facing Bagamoyo Road can be easily reached from both Bagamoyo and City center. The area is surrounded by a number of Industrial Related, local Workshops, Technical Colleges and Logistics companies. Bunju Industrial Park will operate as Industrial Zone in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
