Interested bidder may verify/check the items from 900am to 1100pm at Mantrac Tanzania premises in Dar es salaam plot 4.A Nyerere road or Delta Industry Equipment ltd plot 28&29 VINGUGUTI INDUSTRIAL AREA or mantrac Mwanza officer plot 60 & 61 Nyakato Road from 26/17/and 30 May 2022 for lot I & II and 31th May 1 June 2022 for lot III to V
Special Conditions;
1.A successful bidder will be required to pay full amount of bid price within five working days’ announcement of success, otherwise the next highest bidder will be given the opportunity
2. All bidders in its original letter and endorsed in plan sealed envelope must be delivered to the reception of Mantrac Dar es salaam office before 1600hrs on 6th June 2022
3.The bidders should provide his/her name in full. TIN number and accessible telephone numbers
4. Late bids should be accompanied by a chegue worth 10% of the lot bid value (Refundable if bid is not successful)
5. All bids portion of bid (i.e purchase of the mentioned items) electronic bids and bids not received on time will not be considered
6.Mantrac is not bound to accept the highest bid
7.B id application form is found at Cashiers office at price of Tsh 20,000/=
8.The envelope should be properly sealed and marked as prescribed below
