1. This Invitation for submission of Proposals follows the General Procurement Notice for project which appeared in www.taneps.go.tz Issue no. 01 dated 30/07/2020.

• The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation of the National Housing Corporation during the financial year 2021. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Provision of consultancy services for carrying out desktop valuation for NHC investments properties, completed joint ventures projects, bare lands, on-going joint venture projects and work in progress (WIP) for accounting purpose.

• The National Housing Corporation now invites proposals to provide consulting services which include: Tender No PA/066/2020-2021/HQ/C/05 for provision of consultancy services for carrying out desktop valuation for NHC investments properties, completed joint ventures projects, bare lands, on-going joint venture projects and work in progress (WIP) for accounting purpose , as follows:

• Bidders are allowed to quote for All lots and award will be made on lot by lot basis.

• This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been addressed to the following short-listed Consultants:

• A firm will be selected under National Competitive Selection and procedures described in this RFP.
