Assignment Title: TENDER NO, TZ-196123-CS- INDV [FIRM SELECTION) PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICE FOR PRODUCTION OF TOURIST MAP FOR IRINGA TOWN AND RUAHA NATIONAL PARK, IRINGA
The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania bas received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Resilient Natural Resources for Growth Project [REGROW), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
The consulting services (“the Services”) includes Provision of Consultancy Service for Production of Tourist Map for Iringa Town and Ruaha National Park, Iringa, purpose of the consultancy is to design, develop a comprehensive tourist map with all important touristic features within the Ruaha National Park and Iringa Municipal. The consultant will be required to gather up-to-date information about all touristic features within the project site and provide suitable design which address all client needs. The results of this work will facilitate tourists to access tourism products and facilities as well as promote tourism attractions within and around the Iringa region and the whole of Ruaha National Park. The contract will be for a period of thirteen [13) weeks.
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism now invites eligible consulting firms (Consultants) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are the experience in similar assignments: experience similar conditions; and availability of appropriate skills (Technical and managerial) among permanent staff of the firm.
The attention of interested Consultants & drawn to paragraph 1.9 of the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants under IBRD loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers of January 2011, revised July, 2014 (Consultant Guidelines”) setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
Consultant may associate with others firms in the form of a joint venture or a sub consultancy to enhance their qualifications.
A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Consultant’s Qualification Selection (CQS) method set cut in the Consultant Guidelines.

Expressions of interest must be delivered in a written form to the Secretary, Ministerial Tender Board, Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism, located at University of Dodoma, Block 12, Room No I. 122-Dodoma Monday 31st May 221 before 10:00 a.m. local time. The envelope shall be clearly marked Tender No. TZ-196123-C5-INDV (FIRM) for Provisional of Consultancy Services for Production of Tourist Map for Iringa Town and
