Catholic University of Health and Allied Sciences’ Tender Board invites sealed bids from eligible bidders to express their interest on providing/rendering the following services at Catholic University of Health and Allied Sciences (CUHAS) – Bugando
1. Lot no. 1, Cleaning of CUHAS Environments
2. Lot no. 2, Accounting Package (Sage Pastel)
3. Lot no. 3, Food Service
Interested bidders must submit relevant and comprehensive information and documents showing that;
They possess valid Business License, Certification of Incorporation, TIN Number/VAT, Certificate and other relevant documents.
- The capability statement which should include description of similar works from other organizations
- Qualifications, skills and experience of staff
- Audited Financial Statements – 2018, 2019 and 2020
Bids should be sealed and clearly marked “Tender for Lot No ……….”
Tender documents can be obtained from the Office of the Secretary of Tender Board Office No. 217 — 3rd Floor Administration Block; for a NON REFUNDABLE FEE of Tshs 50,000
Payment should be made through bank account named “Catholic University of Health and Allied Sciences, A/C No. 01J1054045501, CUHAS – BUGANDO and receipt shall be issued upon payment.
Interested bidder should submit two copies (Original and Copy) of the Tender Document
All tenders must be addressed and delivered to the Office of Vice Chancellor — P.O.BOX 1464, Mwanza, CUHAS reception.
Deadline for submission of Tenders is on 19-08-2021 local time 1:30 PM
Late, Faxed or e-mailed bids will not be accepted.
Interested bidders are advised to visit the areas where the services are to be rendered on working days and time
Tenders will be opened on 19-08-2021 Local time 2.00 PM, on the presence of bidders or their representatives at CUHAS Board Room.
