1.This Addendum follows the Request of Expression of Interests (REols) for the above mentioned
tenders which appeared in the “Daily News” on 7th December 2022 and “The East African”
between 24th December 2022 and 30th December 2022, Addendum No. 1 to Request of
Expression of Interests (REols) which appeared in the “Daily News” on 16th January 2023 and
“The East African” between 14th January 2023 and 20th January 2023 and Addendum No. 2 to
Request of Expression of Interests (REols) which appeared in the “Daily News” on 25th
January 2023 and “The East African” between 28th January 2023 and 3 February 2023.
2.Accordingly, paragraph 12 of the Request of Expression of Interests (REol) for each tender is
amended to read as follows:
