HR World on behalf of our reputable client we’re looking for a Senior Accountant who will be responsible for ensuring accounts and financial records meet established standards and criteria
RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Prepare monthly financial analysis such as statement of financial performance, statement of financial position and statement of cash flows.
- In collaboration with the Human Resources Officer, manage the payroll system and ensure that staff salaries are posted accurately and paid on time.
- Ensuring the Company abide to the set of laws related to taxes and other financial transaction.
- Assist Finance Manager in Auditing activities by making available all necessary information and preparing the requested documentations.
- Support FM in ensuring the Company cost allocations are in line with the Company Financial and accounting manual.
- Preparation of the annual budget and support any capital budgeting.
- Monitor and appraises performance of Revenue Accountant, Expenditure Accountant and Final Accounts Accountant.
- Perform any other relevant duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS;
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA(T), ACCA or any other qualification equivalent.
- 8-10 years of working experience.
