JOB TITTLE: Sales Representative 1
INDUSTRY: Food and Beverage Industry
LOCATION: Arusha
PROPOSED START DATE: 01/09/2023
Key duties:
- Sells the company’s products in an assigned territory.
- Creates sales plan and quotas in alignment with business objectives
- Monitors existing customers and regularly communicates with the customers.
- Works to establish new customers in the region.
· Achieves sales target set forth by the Company
· Works toward increasing sales growth in the region at an established rate determined by the line manager
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
1. Qualifications – Degree or Diploma Sales and Marketing, or related field
2. 2-3 years of sales experience especially in FMCG (Consumer Packed Foods)
3. Knowledge Of Sales and Marketing, Customer Relation
4. Skills To Market products, nature and develop old and new customers
5. Ability To Achieve at least 70% monthly sales target.
6. Must Have Vehicle Driving Skills
