REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS — RFP
PROVISION OF INTERNET SERVICES TO WWF TANZANIA COUNTRY OFFICE
1. WWE Tanzania Country Office is a Non- Government Organization dealing with environmental protection in Tanzania since 1990 and it has supported the Government of Tanzania in implementing various projects on Marine, Forest, Fresh Water, Energy and Wildlife. WWF global mission is to stop the degradation of the planet’s natural environment and to build a future in which humans live in harmony with nature by:
- Conserving the world’s biological diversity;
- Ensuring that the use of renewable natural resources is sustainable and
- Promoting the reduction of pollution and wasteful consumption
2. WWE TCO now wishes to engage a highly experienced Internet Service Provider (ISP) firm for Supply of dedicated internet Connection service. The overall objective of the assignment is to ensure a well-functioning of all activities through the provision of internet services to WWF offices, the services must provide full-time 24-hour internet access to the All offices.
3. WWE TCO Structure.
WWF Tanzania has its headquarters at Dar es Salaam together with other 2 offices i.e., Masasi and Kilwa field offices. All these offices run a number of online platforms that require full time connectivity.
4. Technical Requirements
- Supply and installation of dedicated internet service connection with speed of 45 Mbps for the WWF Tanzania HQ (Fibber Connectivity).
- Supply and installation of dedicated internet service connection with speed of 15 Mbps for the WWF branch offices.
- Backup link in case of any downtime of the fibber connectivity.
- ISP shall provide 24x7x365 monitoring of the link.
5. All qualified and reputable Internet Service Provider (ISP) are invited to submit their proposal (technical and financial). The proposal should be in English language and the currency shall be in Tanzanian Shilling — TZS and not any other.

7. Evaluation of the tenders will be done based on WWF procurement guidelines
8. WWF Tanzania is not bound to accept any lowest or highest proposal submitted
