EITS Contractor (Electrical Instrumentation and Telecommunications Systems) for the EACOP project, invites experienced and reputable organizations to express their interest in the provision of below:
SCOPE OF WORK:

- Proof of registration with the Tanzanian relevant authorities including Tanzania Revenue Authority
and Tax (TRA) Clearance Certificate for the latest year available.
- Proof of registration/application to Local Supplier Service Provider (LSSP) database at the time of submission of the response to this expression of interest is strongly recommended.
- Compliance with Local Content Regulations, 2017, THE Petroleum Act 2015 and Local Company definition for Tanzania.
- Provide financial statements for the previous financial year.
ISO 9001, 15014001, ISO 45001 & Industry Certification hence Evidence of organization Quality
Interested Companies that meet the minimum requirements and have the capability to provide the goods and services listed above, should express their interest by sending together with the above listed documents an email to [email protected] (not exceeding 20mbs)
All documents must be submitted in English language with the reference number as the subject by:
24 December 2022, 5:00pm. East African Time (EAT)
Companies satisfactorily meeting the minimum requirements will receive, subject to the signature of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), a detailed pre-qualification questionnaire for further evaluation by CONTRACTOR.CONTRACTOR reserves the right not to consider companies that submit on incomplete dossier! Note: Only pre-qualified companies will receive an invitation to submit their bid in furtherance of the Call for Tender Process.
