REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE PROVISION OF DESIGN, HOSTING AND SUPPORT SERVICES FOR THE EAST AFRICAN CRUDE OIL PIPELINE (EACOP) PROJECT WEBSITE REF. 10006669
TOTAL East Africa Midstream B.V. (Company) Tanzania, an Oil and Gas company, invites experienced and reputable Companies to express their interest in providing designing, hosting and support services for the East African Crude Cil Pipeline (EACOP) project website.
The EACOP Project involves the construction and operation of a buried, cross-border pipeline to transport crude oil from the Lake Albert area in Uganda to the eastern coast of Tanzania for export to international markets. The pipeline will run from Kabaale in Hoima District, Uganda, to Chongoleani, Tanga Region, in Tanzania, The length of the pipeline is 1,443 km, of which 1,14” km will be in Tanzania. The section of the pipeline in Tanzania will traverse eight (8) regions, comprising Kagera, Geita, Shinyanga, Tabora, Singida, Dodoma, Manyara and Tanga. The pipeline will traverse 2? administrative district councils and 231 Villages.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Companies expressing their interest are invited to document their request with:
- Proof of registration as required under Tanzanian Law. e Proof of registration with the Tanzania Revenue Authority and Tax Clearance Certificate.
- Brief description of experience in website designing, hosting and Support services.
- Proposed key personnel who will work with the respective Project team and their relevant experience in providing similar services.
Interested companies which have the capacity and resources to provide the services listed above should express their interest by sending together with the above listed documents an email to eacop-[email protected] (max. email size 20Mb) on or before 47:00 hours East African Time (EAT), on 14th April 2021.
Companies thereafter shortlisted will receive, subject to the signature of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), a detailed pre-qualification questionnaire for further assessment by COMPANY.
Note: Companies that submitted their request for prequalification questionnaires between Tuesday 23rd and 31st March 2021, should re-submit their requests.
