REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION -OF INTEREST FOR SUPPLY AND SUPPORT SERVICES FOR BANK NOTE/CASH DEPOSIT MACHINE AT CRDB BANK PLC

1. CRDB Bank Pie is an African Bank and leading financial service provider in Tanzania with current presence in Tanzania and Burundi, East Africa. The Bank was established in 1996 and was listed on the Dar-es-salaam stock Exchange (DSE) in June 2009. CRDB has about 600 Cash Withdrawal ATMs operating country-wide.
2. CRDB Bank Pie during the financial year 2021 has set aside funds that will be used to cover for eligible payments under the contract for the Supply of fast, efficient and heavy duty Cash Deposit Machine at CRDB Bank PLC that has capability to accept all available bank notes in Tanzanian Market and operating 24/7, efficiently.
3. CRDB Bank Pie is now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in supply of bank notes/cash depository machine at CRDB Bank PLC from all eligible, competent and experienced firms. The scope of this supply
4. Expression of Interest will be conducted in line with to CRDB Bank Pie Procurement Policy and Procedures. The selection will be conducted through a two staged “Quality based” selection. Initial short listing shall be conducted based on efficiency, capabilities and features of the ~machine, company experience and after supply support & service. Whereas the second short listing shall be done based on competitive presentation of previous similar assignments, experience and capabilities and due diligence to sites and offices.
5. Interested firms must provide information indicating their capability to supply these Bank Depository Machine, their after sale Support & Service plan, submitting its firm profile, description of similar assignments, and experience in similar supply including references.
6. For any clarification you may contact office of the secretary, CRDB Bank Pie Tender Management Committee, situated at 1st Floor, CRDB Head Office, along Azikiwe Street, Office Accommodation Scheme Building, opposite New Post Office from 08:00hrs to 16:00hrs Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
7. All Expression of Interest shall be submitted electronically. Submission must be i.n PDF ONLY and should be sent to [email protected]  This Tender must be addressed to the Secretary of the Management Tender Committee CRDB Head Office, along Azikiwe Street, Office Accommodation Scheme Building, Opposite New Post Office, P. 0. Box 268, Dar es Salaam. The deadline for submission of electronic proposals will be before 1500 hours local time on 23rd July, 2021.
8. All expression of Interest Will be opened in public on the same date at 1500 hours and in the online presence of Bidder’s via the link that will be shared to you few days before opening.
