REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PROVISION OF CIVIL WORK REFERENCE NO. MST-TZ-20220301

Daqing Oilfield Construction Group Co. Ltd. (hereinafter DOCG as a CONTRAC­TOR for Storage Terminal of EACOP Project. invites experienced and reputable contractors that have demonstrable capability. willingness, ability and availability to perform related works to express their interest in providing the services of civil work in Tanzania.

The (COP Project development involves the engineering. construction, operation and maintenance of a crude oil export pipeline crossing Uganda and Tanzania and an onshore Marine terminal in Chongoleani. near Tanga Port in Tanzania.

There are four (4) packages planned for Storage and Terminal as follows:

I. Package-1: Early work

I Ref: MST-12-20220301-001)

2. Package-2: temporary facilities

(Ref: MST-U-20220301.002)

• Package-3: Civil work for Terminal (Ref: MST-TZ-20220301-0031
• Package-civil work for Storage Facilities (Ref: MST-TZ-20220301- 0041 Should you be interested in participating any or all of the packages, please provide below minimum requirements clearly specifying the package(s) of interest. including the reference number(s)

Package-1: Early work (Ref: MST-TZ- 20220301-001)

The services include but not limit to. the following:

1. Early work of site preparation and earthworks for Temporary facilities area.
2. Top soil and Vegetation clearance, shore protection.
3. Construction of infiltration pond.
4. Construction of Permanent access road.
5. Procurement materials for the works.

Minimum Requirements:

1. CR6 with civil and/or building class 1
2. Suitable resources availability including equipment, qualified personnel.
3. ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001 OSO45001:20151, or equivalent certificates.
4. Suitable HSE, Social and Quality policy.
5. A proven track record of experience in providing similar services in last 3 years.
6. Financial capacity to deliver the requested services.
7. Certificate of Incorporation (Break TIN Certificate: All Valid Business License and Permits

Package-2: Temporary facilities (Ref: MST-TZ- 20220301-002)

The services include but not limit to, the following:

1. Temporary living camp construction.
2. Temporary road, fence and drainage facilities construction.
3. Temporary technical facilities construction.
4. Other temporary facilities construction.
5. Procurement materials for time works. Minimum Requirements:
6. CRB with civil and/or building class1
7. Suitable resources availability Including equipment. qualified personnel.
8. ISO 9001:2015. ISO 14001:2015. OHSAS 18001 OSO45001:20151 or equivalent certificates.
9. Suitable HSE, Social and Quality policy.
10. A proven track record of experience in providing similar services in lest 3 years.
11. Financial capacity to deliver the requested services.
12. Certificate of Incorporate (BRELAI: IN Certificate: All Valid Business License and Permits

Package-3: Civil work for Terminal (Ref: MST-TZ-20220201-003)

The services include but not limit to, the following:

1. Easy work of site preparation and earthworks for Terminal area.
2. Building and Architectural Works.
3. Civil work includes foundation of equipment, structure, pipe etc.
4. Permanent roads, fencing and final leveling and grading.
5. Other general civil work.
6. Procurement materials for the works

Minimum Requirements:

1. CR0 with civil and/or building class
2. Suitable resources availability including equipment, qualified personnel.
3. ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015. OHSAS 1800111SO45001:2015). or equivalent certificates.
4. Suitable HSE, Social and Quality policy
5. A proven track record of experience in providing similar services in last 3years
6. Financial capacity to deliver the requested services.
7. Certificate of Incorporation (BRELAI: TIN Certificate: All Valid Business License and Permits

Package-4: Civil work for Storage Facilities (Ref: MST-TZ-20220301-004)

The services include but not limit to, the following:

1. Foundation of Tanks. soil improvement or CFG pile (if required
2. Procurement materials for the works
3. Other genera civil work relates to Storage Facilities.

Minimum Requirements:

1. CRB with civil and/or building class 7
2. Suitable resources availability including equipment, qualified personnel.
3. ISO 9001:2015. ISO 14001:2015. OHSAS 18001115045001:20151 or equivalent certificates.
4. Suitable HSE. Social and Quality policy
5. A proven track record of experience in providing similar services in last 3years
6. Financial capacity to deliver the requested services.
7. Certificate of Incorporation BRELAI: TIN Certificate: All Valid Business License and Permits

Application for registration with the EWURA local Supplier Service Provider (LSSPI data base at the time of submission of the response to this expression of interest is strongly recommended.

Interested companies with the capacity to provide the services listed above should express their interest in English language by sending the above documents to [email protected] (not exceeding 20rrbs1 on or before 17:00 hours East African Time (EAT). on 15th May. 2022. Subject of the email should be (01 for MST-TZ-20220301-001/002/003/004 – COMPANY NAME.

Companies satisfactorily meeting the above minimum requirements will receive, subject to the signature of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) a detailed pre-qualification questionnaire for further evaluation by Company.

DOCG reserve the right not to consider companies that submit an incomplete dossier.
