PROCUREMENT OFFICER
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible all the procurement of spare parts for the company.
- Responsible for developing and the implementation of sound procurement procedures for the company
- Maintain accurate current year and historical procurement files
- Other duties as may be assigned by the Managers
Qualifications
- Degree in Procurement and Logistics
- Intense knowledge of spare parts for trucks and trailers 3 years minimum
- experience in the transport industry
- Knowledge of SAP system will be an added advantage
HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE
This is a very senior position of the company
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Formulation of sound Human resources policies and procedures for the company.
- Ensures the company is compliant with all the labour laws of the country
- In charge of the payroll and ensures that all statutory payments are timely done
- Maintain accurate current year and historical staff files
- Other duties as may be assigned by the Senior Managers
Qualifications
Degree in Human Resources Management Intense knowledge of Tanzanian Labour laws 3 years minimum experience in the transport industry Knowledge of SAP system will be an added advantage
