The United States Agency for International Development (USAID)/Tanzania is seeking applications from qualified Tanzanian organizations to implement a Malaria Surveillance Activity.
The Purpose of Tanzania Malaria Surveillance Activity (TMSA) is to support the Government of Tanzania (GoT) to reduce the burden of malaria and move towards the long-term goal of malaria elimination. Under this activity, USAID/Tanzania will fund malaria case management, malaria in pregnancy (MIP) through quality improvement initiatives and malaria surveillance, entomological monitoring, drug efficacy monitoring, and monitoring of other drug-based interventions. The target populations for the TMSA Activity are at-risk populations, especially vulnerable populations such as pregnant women and children under five.
