The Company has a Technicians and Graduate in Training Program aimed at giving a ‘Strong Start’ to young, energetic, fresh holders of diploma and undergraduate degree certificates from Tanzania who wishes to enhance their acquired knowledge and experience with the company.

Successful candidates will need to demonstrate an end-to-end understanding of the business chain, Mbeya Cement Company Limited’s strategic priorities and our over-arching values.
PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must have completed their diploma and degree education level within the last 2 years with excellent academic performance in the following fields :-
i. Diploma in Chemical and Process Engineering;
ii. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering;
iii. Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering;
iv. Diploma in Laboratory Science and Technology;
v. Bachelor degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering;
vi. Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Public Administration;
vii. Bachelor degree in Accounts and Finance (CPA will be added advantage); &
viii. Bachelor degree in Environmental Science or related field.
