Position: Sales and Marketing Assistant II – TLO (Posts: 1)
Minimum Entry Qualifications
- Certificate in Air Transport Management, Air Ticketing, or equivalent from a recognized aviation institution.
- IATA or UFTAA certification will be an added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle baggage claims and tracing for affected passengers.
- Maintain customer records and airline requirements.
- Process manual and computerized data efficiently.
- Manage control of revenue remittance.
- Perform any other assigned tasks.
Terms and Conditions
- Contract: 10-year renewable contract with attractive terms for Tanzanians.
