POSITION: ROLLER OPERATOR (2)
FABEC INVESTMENT LIMITED, a leading Civil, Telecom engineering and mining service is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roller Operator.
The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical expertise in the operation, maintenance, and repair of heavy machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently operate roller to support various construction and material handling tasks.
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs on the machines.
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with heavy machinery.
- Maintain detailed logs of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and repairs.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and ensure the safe operation of all machinery at all times.
Qualifications:
- Have a Diploma, Certificate or Form Education level.
- English language is a priority.
- Proven experience as a Roller Operator with proficiency.
- In-depth technical knowledge of heavy machinery, including hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform complex troubleshooting and repairs.
- Certification or technical training in heavy machinery operation and maintenance is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on safety and quality control.
