About the Role:
BURN is seeking a Quality Team Leader to measure and analyse quality in the assembly line, including the incoming quality control on raw materials, products, and kits, finished goods, quality control and in-process quality control.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure all standard operating procedures are always adhered to on the assembly floor.
Hire and train a team of casuals on their daily tasks and workstation allocation.
Generate and share daily and monthly assembly and quality reports including corrective actions.
Oversee any rework required on the electric cookers and cookware.
Ensure proper segregation of defective products and proper disposition of the same.
Visiting local supplier facilities and observing the manufacturing environment to review and assess their procedures.
Facilitate communication with local suppliers when supplies don’t meet quality standards.
Ensure all safety protocols are observed on the assembly floor.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical, electronic Engineering or related field with at least 2 years of experience.

- MS office skills – Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Attentive and with a keen eye to detail.
- Good communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies
