Job Title: Monitoring, Evaluation and Resource Mobilization Volunteer (2 positions)
Location: Dodoma
Reporting: Monitoring, Evaluation and Business Development Mentor
Qualifications
1. At least a bachelor’s degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, statistics, economics, Project
Planning Management, or any other related field from a recognized institution.
2. Knowledge on monitoring and evaluation methodologies and Resource Mobilization
Techniques.
3. Experience in designing and managing monitoring and evaluation data.
4. Ability to work in a team.
5. Good interpersonal skills
Duties of the Monitoring, Evaluation and Resource Mobilization Volunteer
1. Support development of systematic monitoring technique to govern the Organization.
2. Support development, implementation and evaluation of organization framework.
3. Assist in preparation of logic framework especially performance indicators and their
measurement.
4. Update individual quartile activities and time frame considering the basics of evaluation.
5. Support report writing in Collaboration with Monitoring, Evaluation and Business
Development Manager.
6. Assist the management in decision making in accordance with indicators.
7. Support searching and tapping resource generating projects.
8. Encourage positive changes of the organization for the benefit of all.
9. Perform any other duties assigned by your supervisor
