As a Marketing Associate, you will play a vital role in promoting our services, building brand awareness, and driving customer engagement to support our mission of empowering individuals and small businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Atlantic Micro Credit’s products and services to target markets.
- Create engaging marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital media, social media, email marketing, and traditional marketing channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support customer acquisition efforts.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and stay updated on industry trends.
- Manage the company’s social media presence and engage with followers to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Write compelling content for marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and tools to optimize results and return on investment (ROI).
- Assist in organizing events, workshops, and other promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and attract potential customers.
- Provide regular reports and updates on marketing activities, performance metrics, and key insights to the management team.
