( Head of sales & Marketing )
Reporting to: Country Manager
Location : Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
SimbaNET is part of Wananchi Group, which is a Regional Company that provides Internet, Data , Broadcasting and Multimedia Communication Solutions ,We are seeking to recruit a Head of Sales, he/she will be reporting to Country Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Planning & Executing business development plans & strategies and making sure sales targets are met also on boarding high value customers.
• Managing the sales team who will be reporting direct to the head of sales.
• Ensuring growth as KPl set.
• Regular reporting of sales activities and promotion of SimbaNET and its affiliate entities.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree/ Masters in Business Administration or Communication or other related fields.
• More than 10 years of experience in a senior position and excellent track record of sales and networking.
• Right remuneration will be offered to the right candidate.
