Position: Flight Operations Officer (Posts: 5)
Minimum Entry Qualifications
- Advanced Secondary Education (Form V/VI).
- Flight Dispatch Certificate from a recognized institution.
- Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree will be an added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow procedures contained in the Emergency Response Plan.
- Prepare and submit flight plans, including ATS flight plans.
- Notify the appropriate ATS unit when an aircraft’s position cannot be determined by tracking capability.
- Coordinate with relevant departments regarding aircraft status, schedule changes, and rerouting.
- Assume responsibility for transport shipments.
Terms and Conditions
- Contract: 10-year renewable contract with attractive terms for Tanzanians.
