- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in telecommunications. MBA is a plus.
- Core Responsibilities:
- Establish communication and awareness initiatives for retail agents.
- Drive KPIs and manage retail agent segmentation.
- Coordinate channel activations and manage rewards/incentives.
- Core Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
