Mkombozi Commercial Bank PLC (MKCB) started as an initiative of the Tanzania Episcopal Conference in 2009 to establish a Commercial Bank with the main objective of serving and supporting the emerging Tanzanian businesses for provision of financial services.
MKCB target markets are small and medium sized entrepreneurs, companies, SACCOS, intitutions such as schools, universities, hospitals and corporations. MKCB serves the need of growing companies, middle-market and large corporations, institutional investors, financial institutions and Government entities.

Academic Qualifications
• A University Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or relevant field
Technical Skills/ Competencies
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar job managing business portfolios – business banking / SME, Commercial or Corporate in financial institution
• In-depth knowledge of the local banking industry, banking products, services, and regulations
• Good communications, influencing, leaderships,
selling and negotiations skills
