JOB DESCRIPTION

• Generate and qualify leads: Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and market research.
• Present products and services: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Close sales and negotiate contracts: Engage in confident negotiation to finalize terms, close deals, and secure favorable contracts for the company.
• Manage customer relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Report on sales performance: Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Regularly report on sales performance to management.
• Monitor market trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams: Work with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to improve customer satisfaction and align sales strategie

• Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is often required or preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated, confident, and results-driven with a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
