Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning across departments, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive profitability through effective leadership and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
- Supervise daily operations of all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain hotel facilities to meet cleanliness and operational standards.
2. Guest Services & Satisfaction
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively.
- Monitor guest feedback and online reviews to improve service delivery.
- Manage all guest inquiries across calls, emails, social media, and messaging platforms professionally and promptly.
3. Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise hotel personnel.
- Set performance goals, delegate duties, and conduct evaluations.
- Promote a collaborative team environment and uphold service excellence.
4. Financial Management
- Prepare and manage the hotel’s budget and financial planning.
- Monitor revenue streams, control costs, and analyze profit margins.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
5. Sales & Marketing
- Design and execute innovative marketing strategies to attract guests.
- Build relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and online booking partners.
- Enhance hotel visibility through social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) using high-quality content and trending strategies.
6. Inventory & Procurement
- Oversee the procurement of hotel supplies and equipment.
- Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate favorable contracts.
7. Security & Crisis Management
- Implement and monitor hotel security protocols.
- Coordinate response to emergencies such as fire, theft, or natural disasters.
8. Compliance & Legal Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain all necessary licenses and operational permits.
- Enforce labor laws and workplace safety protocols.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar managerial role
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, best practices, and applicable laws
- Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of hotel management software is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and adapt to market trends
