people in off-grid areas. We use the “Mobile Money” technology in Africa to sell electricity
to the electrified areas.

3. JOB PURPOSE

To establish and manage all the support functions for the branch for smooth operation and business growth. Also responsible to manage the branch compliance to external and internal rules and regulations at any time especially in the area of labour related and procurement function.

4. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB
A) Managerial Responsibilities:
Manage all members of the teams under the position by giving direction, setting and communicating targets, and making sure each team meets expected target/standard.

B) Functional Responsibilities:
● Plan expense budget, monitor and ensure meeting the set target.
● Establish and maintain branch procurement guidelines to ensure optimum use of
resource and competitive sourcing.
● Facilitate internal communication to employees to ensure understanding of important matters for employees.
● Work wit GM to create and maintain an atmosphere in which employees willingly produce at maximum capacity
● Supervise maintenance of preferred staffing levels
● Oversee and participate in developing performance standards
● Complete and administer a biannually merit review with all direct reports
● Develop and maintain a salary administration program and pay competitive wages based on performance
● Enforce and uphold all company policies and decisions
● Build a positive company image in job market
● Ensure employee claims and complaints are handled promptly
● Submit monthly divisional reports, general information, and recommendations to
the GM
● Ensure the company’s compliance to all government regulations
● Formulating policies based on provide all facts needed and ensure implementation
● Planning annual meetings with managers and share to company members
● Perform other duties as assigned by the GM
● Identifies and manages risk related to the responsible area.

5. MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
A) A minimum level of academic and professional qualification required to perform effectively in the role:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Masters in Business Administration or any other relevant field.

B) A minimum level of experience required to perform effectively in the role:
● 5 years’ experience in managerial responsibility
