The Improving Health Care Provision in Tanzania (IHCT) programme is implemented by GIZ, commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development. GIZ implements this programme in close collaboration with the Ministry of Health.

Late bids, partial bids, bids not received, shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
GIZ is not obliged to follow any condition in nominating the supplier and has the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
