Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Recruiting and interviewing potential applicants on experience, skills, and education
  2. Advising line Managers and other employees on employment law and the employer’s own employment policies and procedures
  3. Monitoring staff performance and attendance
  4. Help in organizing and implementing the new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training program
  5. Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment
  6. Contacting applicant’s references
  7. Performing criminal background checks required by the company
  8. Covering all legal compliance for Human Resource requirements
  9. Maintaining employees’ records and paperwork
  10. Answering employee questions and addressing employee concerns with the company
  11. Reviewing procedures for employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health
  12. Representing employer in the community and recruiting events

Requirements

Key Requirements

  1. Holder of Bachelor of Human Resource Management or any related discipline.
  2. At least 3 years of working experience in relevant position.
  3. HRIS, SAP will be an added advantage
