Duties and responsibilities

The successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Teaching students up to NTA Level 6 and assisting with teaching at higher NTA levels.
• Administering examinations for NTA Level 6 students.
• Conducting and supporting research and consultancy work.
• Preparing learning resources.
• Supervising field training.
• Supervising and assisting junior staff.
• Performing any other duties assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:

• Hotel Management
• Hospitality Management majoring in Culinary Arts
• Hospitality Management majoring in Pastry and Bakery
• Hospitality Management majoring in Food Production

Candidates must have obtained a minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 5.

Remuneration

The successful candidates will receive remuneration according to the PTSS 3.1 salary scale.
