Job Title: Station Manager – Fuel Station

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily station operations including fuel sales, convenience store, and ancillary services.
  • Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to attract new customers and drive repeat business.
  • Monitor fuel deliveries and ensure quality control.
  • Manage staff schedules, performance, training, and motivation.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock.
  • Handle cash management, banking, and reconciliation processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
  • Implement company policies and operational procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security across the station premises

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of not less than 4 years in managing a fuel station
  • Strong marketing experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Solid understanding of inventory and financial management
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficient in MS Office and POS systems
  • Advance Diploma in business administration or accounting
