POSITION: SALES REPRESENTATIVE

YOLA™ HOME FRAGRANCES, is a growing luxury brand that makes organic home  fragrances and provide scent solutions for commercial and residential spaces. We are looking  for a highly creative and ambitious sales and marketing officer to join our team.  Our new office is located at Mikocheni, Huruma street, house No 22. 

KEY ROLES 

• Achieve monthly sale targets and actively contribute to the brand overall profitability.
• Identifying new leads. 
• Develop and implement strategies for scent marketing. 
• Provide personalized fragrance consultations for events and businesses. 
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of the brand’s fragrances and inspiration behind  scents. 
• Represent the brand at exclusive events, meetings and product launches.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients by making regular visits,  understanding their needs and anticipating new sales and marketing opportunities.
• Sourcing and sharing information about competitor products for market research. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• A genuine passion for the world of fragrances and eagerness to stay abreast of  industry innovations. 
• A diploma or degree in Sales, marketing or related field. 
• Proven work experience as sales and marketing officer or similar position. 
• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to engage a diverse  clientele. 
• Proficiency in English (Speaking and writing) 
• Strong analytical and creative thinking skills. 
• A polished and professional demeanor 
• Motivated and target-driven with demonstrated success in sales. 
• Attention to detail
