Equatorial Essence Distillery Ltd, a beverage manufacturing company based in Kigamboni, Dar es Salaam, is seeking dynamic, self-motivated Sales Personnel from across all regions of Tanzania. This role focuses on driving sales, distribution, and market penetration for our flagship product, Shot Whisky (packaged in convenient 200ml plastic bottles). The position offers a high-earning, performance-driven commission structure based on sales volume.
Key Responsibilities
Promote, market, and sell Shot Whisky to local distributors, wholesalers, retailers, bars, and liquor stores within your assigned region.
Establish new sales channels and build long-term relationships with regional beverage vendors and stockists.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales volume targets to maximize commission earnings.
Monitor product availability, display visibility, and market demand across retail outlets.
Coordinate product orders, delivery timelines, and customer feedback with the main distribution team.
Proven sales experience in FMCG, alcoholic beverages, or consumer goods distribution is an added advantage.
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and persuasive sales skills.
High level of self-motivation, target-driven mindset, and ability to work independently.
Open to candidates residing in any region across Tanzania.
Payment: Purely Commission-Based (earnings tied directly to individual sales output and volume delivered).
