Job overview

Roomy Trading is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Officer to join its team. The successful candidate will promote and sell industrial chemical products, identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Sales development and business growth: Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion to drive sales growth.
• Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits and technical support.
• Marketing strategy and market intelligence: Develop marketing strategies and monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Technical sales support: Conduct product presentations and provide clients with guidance on product applications.
• Negotiation and contract management: Negotiate commercial terms and manage contracts to close deals effectively.
• Reporting and administration: Prepare sales forecasts, provide pipeline updates, and maintain accurate sales and client records.

• Strong creativity and innovative thinking in sales and marketing approaches.
• Strong market research and marketing skills, including the ability to analyse trends and develop effective marketing plans.
• Experience in social media marketing, including the ability to create and manage content that supports brand awareness and customer engagement.
