Role Overview & Key Responsibilities

• The Personal Business Assistant works directly with the Director to support daily administrative operations, execute social media product marketing, manage client communications, and represent the brand.
• Client Communication: Handle phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries promptly, politely, and professionally.
• Content Creation & Marketing: Prepare short promotional videos, photos, status updates, and engaging marketing captions to advertise products online.
• Sales Follow-up: Monitor client inquiries, track customer orders, and drive sales conversions.
• Administrative Support: Organize daily office schedules, manage routine tasks, and collaborate closely with executive leadership.
• Brand Representation: Serve as a confident, presentable face of the brand across digital media platforms.

Qualifications & Candidate Requirements

• Gender & Age: Female candidates aged under 30 years.
• Language Proficiency: Strong command of spoken and written English and Swahili.
• On-Camera Confidence: High level of self-confidence with the ability to present and record product promotion videos on camera.
• Work Ethic & Availability: Dedicated, punctual, capable of working extended hours, and flexible with time commitments.
• Technical Aptitude: Smart, fast learner with a solid understanding of online business environments and social media sales.
