POSITION: MARKETING SPECIALIST

Marketing Specialist

COMPANY: BACKBONE TANZANAA

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and operate social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook; 
• Plan and organize offline marketing activities such as seminars, activations, and promotional events; 
• Design and coordinate production of promotional materials including storefront signage, vehicle branding, posters, and other marketing assets; 
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with market trends and business objectives; 
• Support brand positioning initiatives and enhance overall market visibility and customer engagement. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or any other related field; 
• Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Branding, or Communications will be an added advantage. 

EXPERIENCE:

• At least 2-5 years of working experience in the marketing department of a reputable or large organization, with demonstrated successful campaigns; 
• Candidates with prior experience in animal feed companies will be highly preferred. 
• Strong execution capability with the ability to work independently and lead marketing initiatives; 
• Solid understanding of social media management, digital marketing tools, and content planning; 
• Basic to intermediate design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools); 
• Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies; 
• Available to join immediately. 
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
