Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
Real Estate & Transaction Management: Lead initiatives to secure, renew, extend, acquire, and optimize tower site real estate assets; review financial models and negotiate high-value commercial terms with property owners.
Tanzania Landlord Services: Manage landlord relationships, resolve property disputes, establish CRM tracking, and coordinate with internal teams to eliminate operational hindrances at communication sites.
Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of Real Estate Specialists, Property Management staff, analysts, contractors, and land agents.
Community Engagement: Direct community sensitization activities and ground-owner engagement to ensure local stakeholder acceptance for infrastructure projects.
Financial & Data Governance: Review investment cases, manage vendor contracts, ensure accurate lease data entry in CRM systems, and produce operational reporting for international executive leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Land Management, Estate Management, or Urban Planning.
Track Record: 3–5 years of demonstrated experience in telecom infrastructure, site acquisition, land lease negotiations, and landlord relations.
Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM/property databases.
Logistics: Valid government-issued driver’s license and willingness to travel domestically up to 30% of the time.
