About the Role

Simplepay Capital Financial Services Tanzania Ltd is re-advertising opportunities for Loan Officers and Collection Officers to join its growing team across 8 locations in Tanzania.

This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a desire to build a career in the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities

Main Duties

Loan Officers and Collection Officers will be responsible for:

• Review and follow up on open accounts for repayment collection.
• Collect loan payments as per agreed repayment plans.
• Perform customer due diligence and maintain proper KYC documentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
• Manage front desk duties and assist in administrative tasks.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Performance Targets (KPIs)

Successful candidates will be expected to:

• Achieve monthly disbursement targets.
• Achieve monthly collection targets.
• Achieve new customer acquisition targets.
• Achieve active customer targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• High School education.
• Experience in microfinance or financial services is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent time management and customer service skills.
• Must be self-driven, dependable, and a team player.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Having a smartphone is an added advantage.
