
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Manage the recruitment and onboarding process.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support performance management and staff development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
Handle employee relations and provide HR guidance to staff.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years’ proven experience in Human Resources.
Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
