
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic partner to the business, aligning human-resources strategies with the organisation’s goals, and working closely with business leaders to drive people-performance, talent development, employee engagement, and culture initiatives.
Strategic HR Partnership
Collaborate with senior business leaders to translate business plans into people strategies.
Lead workforce planning, talent mapping and succession planning to ensure the right capability is in place for current and future needs.
Use HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and drive decision-making.
Continuously review and improve HR processes, systems and tools to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Define competency requirements in partnership with managers and design recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment: job description development, screening, interviewing, selection, offer and onboarding.
Embed a smooth and engaging onboarding process to assimilate new employees into the culture, vision and values of Yas Tanzania.
