Main responsibilities

  • Assess and evaluate requests for new and existing credit facilities using sound credit, financial and policy principles.

Role overview

The Manager Finance & Control is responsible for accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions, cost analysis, budgeting, budgetary control and the efficiency and effectiveness of payment processes.

Main responsibilities

  • Manage accounting operations including charts of accounts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost analysis and month/year-end processes.
  • Ensure financial transactions, systems and procedures comply with local and international regulations, accounting principles and standards.

Role overview

Role overview

The Senior Specialist; Operational Risk MIS & Data Analytics supports implementation and execution of the Operational Risk Management Framework across the bank by identifying, assessing, monitoring and reporting operational risks. 

The position also has a strong data and management-information component involving risk dashboards, Key Risk Indicators, operational loss data, ESG-related risks and reports for management and governance forums.

Main responsibilities

Risk assessment, analysis and reporting

  • Support business units in creating, maintaining and improving Risk Registers.
  • Facilitate identification, setup and calibration of Key Risk Indicators.
  • Analyse and validate reported KRI results and ensure control improvements are reflected in business Risk Registers.
  • Analyse, reconcile and validate operational-loss data.
  • Monitor remedial actions and validate their closure to help prevent recurrence.
  • Track actions arising from RCSAs, risk events, KRIs and other reviews.
  • Support implementation of the Operational Risk Management Framework, policies and initiatives.
