Duties And Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting environmental health and sanitation activities within the university. Key duties and responsibilities include:

• Assisting in inspecting environmental sanitation around the campus.
• Assisting in inspecting the sanitation of buildings and cafeterias.
• Assisting in the planning and implementation of fumigation activities within university premises.
• Assisting in promoting primary health care among the university community.
• Assisting in inspecting food served to students in accordance with standards set by the Government.
• Performing any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following qualification requirements:

• Holder of a Diploma in one of the following fields:
  • Public Health
  • Health Sciences
  • Environmental Health Sciences
  • Any equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
