Job Description

To gather customer insights, conduct analysis and monitoring of outcomes for a Client Journey across multiple platforms and systems. To continuously validate the implementation of the client journey against expected benefits.

Qualifications

Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce, Information Technology or related field

Experience Required
Products
Personal and Private Banking
3-4 years
Experience with banking/financial industry products and services and how it impacts the value proposition. Experience in business processes in Relationship, Direct and Branch Banking.Experience in Agile and Safe methodology as part of a client journey.Experience in data extraction and validation.
