Wealth Capital Fund Limited (WeCF), a licensed investment services company providing Brokerage & Dealing, Investment Advisory, and Fund Management services, invites qualified, experienced, and results-oriented capital markets professionals to apply for the following positions. 

1. Fund Management Analyst – 1 Position

Responsible for portfolio analysis, investment research, financial modelling, valuation, performance monitoring, asset allocation support, NAV analysis, and preparation of investment reports.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Investment Management, or related field. Strong financial analysis and modelling skills are required.

Mandatory: Relevant CMSA and DSE professional certificates/certifications.

2. Trader & Dealings Officer – 1 Position

Responsible for securities trading, client order execution, equity and fixed-income market monitoring, trade administration, settlement coordination, and preparation of daily dealing reports.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Accounting, Investment Management, or related field, with a strong understanding of equities, bonds, trading operations, and capital markets.

Mandatory: Relevant CMSA and DSE professional certificates/certifications.

3. Investment Advisory Officer – 1 Position

Responsible for investment analysis, portfolio structuring, preparation of investment proposals, corporate finance assignments, capital raising advisory, valuation, research, and institutional client support.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Investment Management, or related field. Strong analytical, valuation, research, communication, and presentation skills are required.

Mandatory: Relevant CMSA and DSE professional certificates/certifications.

4. ETF & Commodity Trade Analyst – 1 Position

Responsible for monitoring and analyzing ETFs, gold and commodity markets, NAV and market pricing, premiums/discounts, liquidity, market trends, and portfolio performance, and preparing daily and periodic ETF and commodity market reports.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Investment Management, Statistics, Accounting, or related field. Strong quantitative and analytical skills and a sound understanding of ETFs, commodities, gold markets, and securities trading are required.

Mandatory: Relevant CMSA and DSE professional certificates/certifications.

General Requirements

All applicants must:

• Hold the relevant CMSA and DSE professional certificates/certifications applicable to capital markets activities;
• Demonstrate a good understanding of Tanzania’s capital markets and regulatory environment;
• Have strong analytical and Microsoft Excel skills;
• Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail; and
• Possess strong communication, reporting, and teamwork skills.

CFA, CPA, ACCA, or other relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
