Duties and responsibilities
The Technician II (hydraulic machineries) will:
- Undertake the maintenance of rolling stock and locomotives.
- Maintain workshop machinery and plants.
- Service refrigeration and air-conditioning facilities.
- Service mechanical handling equipment and ancillary plants.
- Help the supervisor maintain records.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Applicants must possess:
- Form IV or Form VI education.
- A Full Technician Certificate (FTC) or Ordinary Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, with specialization in hydraulic machineries.
- An equivalent qualification from a recognized institution may also be accepted.
