Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Drive sales of company products and services
- Follow up on customer accounts and ensure timely collections
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client base
- Provide excellent customer service and support
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and/or collections
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Basic knowledge of financial services is an added advantage
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
