- Proven experience managing multiple projects, site teams, and supervisors simultaneously.
- Strong background in project planning, budgeting, and resource management.
- Demonstrated ability to set, monitor, and report on KPIs for projects and teams.
- Solid understanding of health, safety, and quality compliance in operational environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
- Minimum 45 years of age.

The successful candidate will lead the setup and operation of the LV Distribution Board Assembly Workshop. The role includes responsibility for electrical design, workshop setup, production processes, quality control, testing, training, and supervision.
Key Responsibilities
The Electrical Design & Production Engineer will be responsible for:
- Electrical design, including SLD and schematics.
- Workshop setup and production processes.
- Quality control and testing, including FAT.
- Team training and supervision.
Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in LV panel design and assembly.
- Experience with ABB and Schneider systems.
- Knowledge of IEC standards.
- Experience in a workshop or production environment.
