Duties and responsibilities

The successful candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Tracing counterfeit goods at entry points, Inland Container Depots (ICDs), shops, and godowns.
• Collecting, collating, and analysing field data and compiling monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Liaising with the Anti-counterfeit Enforcement Section on legal matters.
• Conducting raids in godowns, retail shops, and private premises suspected of harbouring counterfeit goods.
• Inspecting premises, vehicles, and any person suspected of harbouring or manufacturing counterfeit goods.
• Conducting market surveys to identify counterfeit goods.
• Seizing, detaining, and storing suspected counterfeit goods in a designated place.
• Taking samples for laboratory testing.
• Performing any other related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Applicants must possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Law Enforcement from a recognized institution.

Remuneration

Successful candidates will receive remuneration according to the FCC SS 4 salary scale.
